Approach

Coaching is used to support the development of individuals to achieve agreed goals in specific areas (eg leadership performance). We use a number of tools, models and processes to drive performance gains in working with individuals. These include, NLP tools and processes, root cause frameworks, structured questioning, ABC feedback, PPP & GROW coaching models, action planning and project mapping. Following an introductory chemistry meeting we work together to develop a coaching plan that is goal focused and time bound according to individual needs aligned with the strategic goal of the sponsoring organisation.
